We were called out to an emergency fibre optic repair. A number of building’s fibre links had been disconnected. After some testing and some investigating, a damage section was located on a 48 core OS2 backbone fibre. A solution was agreed and arranged to be done out of hours on a Saturday to reduce further down time on the network.

Received an emergency telephone system repairs call out to a company in Banbury, North Oxfordshire that had no dial tone on any phones. After a short conversation with their I.T engineer we established it was a telephone system fault.
We made a visit to Westfield Shopping Centre in London to complete a total telecoms audit. This involved Testing a few data cables and tidying the comms cab and removing unnecessarily long patch leads and telephone leads.
