We wouldn’t recommend ISDN lines now as BT are retiring them in 2025. Unless there is a compelling reason to install them you can use alternative methods which are more future proof.
If you are already on ISDN, we can move you to SIP trunking for your calls and save you money – even if your system isn’t ready for SIP (some clever gadgetry takes care of that).
There are many uses still for analogue lines – Fax lines, PDQs and alarms can all be on analogue lines.
